Malkovich? Malkovich! Malkovich.
A couple of big names in this one, some of my faves actually… Cameron Diaz is Lottie who is married to John Cusack’s Craig who finds a portal at his new workplace that leads into John Malkovichs’ mind.
Let’s take a minute to appreciate the awesomeness that is John Malkovich. My love for this old man started when I was a little girl watching my very first action movie, Con Air. He’s just a cool guy and one hell of an actor. As is John Cusack (who I’ve also loved since that same movie) and I always enjoy watching something with him in it.
Cameron Diaz is a sexy, powerful, role model… she can never go wrong.
This movie though… well it’s no Con Air. But it is very funny. Very odd too, but funny. The plot is intriguing, twisting and turning all the way to the end (which, by the way, I didn’t completely comprehend until reading the plot outline on wikipedia…lol).
It’s not really something that can be explained in a couple of paragraphs. I did enjoy it, even though my exact words at the end were… “What the fuck just happened?” Apart from that, I’m not sure what else I can tell you. At the very least… it belongs on the list. So that’s saying something.
